:)Good morning campers....
I want to put a short trip togther, and go camping at various beauty spots.. and get in touch with nature a wee bit...
What i need from you guys is to reccomend places I should visit and why?
Dont mind travelling... thats part of the fun!
So where you been? Where do you recomend? and also where should i avoid?

the lake district is apparently gorgous. Went down to the lake district camping last year... It is a lovely area, but we must have timed it bad cause everyone in England was there with thier family... ... we ended up camping next to the old nuclear power station Sellafield! Thanks for the suggestions... keep em coming!

Well Steg, I went camping in Glencoe next to Glen Etive. It's lovely there and dead peaceful. You'll defo get at one with nature there! :-)

I've been a few time to the lakes .It is indeed a stunning place only one hour or so drive too!! I can thoroughly recommend Ullswater or Keswick T x

Us chickens need a safe place to sleep at night so I'd highly recommend a few nights in a wigwam. We've been to Strathfillan a few times and it's been great. Excellent scenery around those parts and it's only about an hours drive to either oban or fort william from there www.wigwamholidays.comFor lots more info on campsites visit www.ukcampsite.co.uk
