We want to bring the very best emerging talent to the airwaves myself and Tom will be working together from now on to ensure this happens , Bands - leave a myspace message send an e-mail or let us know if you are gigging , If we can make it along we will remember Sunny Govan is open to all genre's of music , go on just do it  T x and Tom  We want live sessions / interviews/opinions whatever you have got to offer..............  |

well well what a topic to bring up after several e mails and my space Pm's to sunny govan over the last few months i seem to have no reply why would this be i also sent a CD off to your station still no reply run gigs in venues such as renfrew ferry and offered invites still no reply i am sorry guys but i am just a tad upset i also posted a thread asking what sessions you would be having c'mon guys is this the way to win listeners or support i think not i with another run gigs in the Kincaid / essential music live event and get loads and loads of e mails / Pm's on my space and you know what i reply to each and every one |

Sorry to hear your upset Musicthom...  We DO support local musicians and try our best to accomodate everyone, but we are constantly under resoursed for the work that we do at the station... you know the old saying you cant please everone all the time... Please accept our appologies, the music sounds great, i just had a watch at your video and its definatly something we would support at the station. If you can get another copy of your music to me and i will make sure you get some well deserved airplay.. Keep up the good work. No i do understand i just found it frustrating and i do volentery work myself so i know how hard it is to get others involved and if i appeared as if i was moaning then you were right and i do appologise , i wasnt at my best today.
i am all for getting bands heard myself and soapy over at kincaid live put together band showcases and have had some great nights
we cover the costs we don't make money from it we just give others a hand out
i am so glad you came back with the reply you did cause that;s the way i would have handled a moany git like me i thank you

Thom , I apologize if you sent this to me I don't remember receiving it , we do however back local talent as best we can at least 5 unsigned bands are played every show .I have been exceptionately busy lately . I have tried to contact you through myspace but it will not let me because of your security settings ,please hook up via myspace www.myspace.com/tonygaughan I promise this will be acted on T x |
